Contemple was created to have a cheap and easy solution to manage small websites without any server and requirements

How does contemple work?

Contemple uses a HTML template and a sqlite database to generate a static website

Do I need a web server to use Contemple?

No, Contemple operates locally. The output is stored on the local device and can be pre viewed without any internet connection

Why are the mobile versions not available in the app stores?

The Android and iOS versions are still in Beta. The Android version can be installed manually by opening the downloaded file. You have to enable storage permissions and may have to disable all auto correction features.

Can i modify the contemple app and sell it to my clients?

Yes, you can modify, compile and distribute the sources, but you should include a reference to the original creators

Are there any charges, fee's or in-app purchases?

No, Contemple is completely free, released under the MIT license. You may have to pay for a web developer in order to create a Theme for your website

Does Contemple collect any data, passwords, or personal information from my device?

No, Contemple does not collect any data from you or your devices. Contemple only reads and writes to the project directories. Also, Contemple never connects to any internet resource or website, Contemple only connects to the hub-script wich is on your own webserver.
